Experience "book bathing" at your library! Inspired by Japanese "forest bathing," come de-stress while exploring the library's sights and sounds. Bring your headphones or earbuds!
Japanese “forest bathing” is the practice of connecting with nature through focusing on the sights and sounds of your environment, allowing yourself to untense and be more connected with what is happening in the moment. This program will explore the concept of forest bathing and meditation as a stress relieving practice and let attendees try forest bathing at the library, aka “book bathing”.
