Take a break from the indoors and spend some time outside practicing the mindfulness benefits of nature journaling. Notebooks provided to the first 15 participants.
Research from the American Psychology Association shows how time spent in nature provides health benefits such as lower stress and improved mood. Adding the mindfulness techniques associated with nature journaling enhances those benefits. Join staff at the Suwanee Branch for an overview of nature journaling how-tos and then get in some practice at the new Town Center on Main Park.
