Come join SUW staff along with NAMI (The National Alliance on Mental Health) President Tera Carter, as we discuss coping strategies for January Blues.
January is the month of cold days, dark mornings, financial strains, and a time where people can have feelings of depression. Having those feelings are normal, and you do not have to let the January Blues keep you down.
We will have Tera Carter, the president of NAMI Gwinnett come and share some valuable mental health resources, coping techniques, and have an open discussion about ways to help you stay mentally sane during this time of the year.
