Join us to celebrate African-American Scientist and Inventor Day. We will learn about cool and important African-American scientists and inventors who made our lives easier with their work.
Do you like ice cream? Well, Augustus Jackson was dubbed the “Father of Ice Cream” because he invented a better way of making ice cream. He was the first one who used salt to make the ice melt slower. We will then make ice cream using his technique.
