Join a discussion by bee keeper Judy York on the the importance of bees to food production and society, honey beekeeping techniques, plants that support pollinators, the role of honey, pollen and propolis, stings, and roles of the bees within the hive. A tour of the Rosalind B Carter pollinator garden and simple bee crafts will be provided for our younger attendees.
