History lovers unite as we turn back the clock to learn about fascinating historical figures and the moments that made them. This time we'll be reading The Splendid and the Vile by Erik Larson.

Half Past History is a quarterly book club that allows participants to read a Historical Non-Fiction book together, and discuss it in a friendly and inquisitive environment. This month we will learn about how the Battle of Britain tested a nation and catapulted Winston Churchill into the spotlight as a worldwide figure.
