Bertony Faustin is Oregon's first recorded Black and Haitian-American vineyard owner and winemaker, founder of Abbey Creek Vineyard & Winery in North Plains, Oregon, and the producer of the acclaimed documentary Red, White & Black. A former anesthesia technician raised in Brooklyn with roots in Haiti, he built his vineyard with no formal training — working three jobs and famously never having been a wine drinker — proving that when life gives you grapes, you make wine. Bertony Faustin has appeared at the Wall Street Journal's Future of Everything Festival alongside Martha Stewart and Trevor Noah, delivered keynotes for Nike, Intel, and the Oregon Mayors Convention, and partnered with brands like Carhartt, with his wines featured permanently at Chef Marcus Samuelsson's Marcus Bar & Grille in Atlanta. Creator of the A.R.C. Framework — Authentic, Resilient, Connected — he is the author of the book Say The Whole Name: The A.R.C. of Building a Life No Room Can Shrink.

Moderator Berthine Crèvecoeur West is the Founder and CEO of Westbridge Strategy Group, a boutique strategic advisory firm based in metro Atlanta specializing in organizational transformation. With 20+ years of experience, she helps enterprises achieve measurable growth through her proprietary PROI Framework— aligning People, Policies, Practices, and Procedures — and her Strategic Authority Framework (Discover → Design → Distinguish → Deploy), which helps leaders build and deploy authentic thought leadership. Her executive advisory services span strategic planning, organizational development, enterprise growth, and multilingual communication, serving diverse sectors including technology, healthcare, legal, government, and non-profit. A Haitian-American leader and retired certified interpreter and translation consultant in Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish, Berthine combines strategic business acumen with cultural intelligence to create sustainable results through operational clarity. A 2x TEDx speaker — most recently at TEDxSugarHill 2026 with “The Unseen Power of Names” — and author, Berthine holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology and an MA in Government & Politics from St. John's University. An MBE-certified consultant, her thought leadership has been featured on CBS, NBC, and Fox.
