Join us for a relaxing hour of mindfulness and yoga for beginners.
Learn a new breathing exercise each month and participate in an easy yoga flow. This program is geared towards children ages six and up and their families. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Extra yoga mats are available on a limited basis, so personal mats (if owned) are encouraged. Space is limited for this event, so people will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
