Join us in a beginners gentle practice of yoga led by a librarian. Yoga benefits the body and mind.
Encouraging relaxation, focus, and awareness of self. During our time together we will learn how to use resources that will help you on your health and wellness journey such as Yoga on Kanopy, How to browse Nonfiction Books, Yoga on DV etc. . Please bring a yoga mat or towel for your practice. Please be mindful of your body.
All are Welcomed; children must be accompanied by an adult to participate. Namaste.
