Keep your brain exercised! Join us at the Buford-Sugar Hill Branch for an amazing STEAM-like program which focuses on the importance and mystery of the human brain.

This is a multi-generational family program that is centered on creating new neural pathways and maintaining brain elasticity- to "exercise" your brain! Learn about the amazing "machine" that is the human brain. How to "work it out" and strengthen mental capabilities. Attendees will receive information on how to keep one’s brain working effectively and how to avoid mental shutdown and memory loss through games, puzzles and healthy nutrition.
