Welcome to the Gratitude Social Club! Join us as we explore mindfulness and resilience through Gratitude. We will explore the health benefits of practicing gratitude. We will close with a gratitude meditation. Welcome to the Gratitude Social Club where participants can explore positive psychology based methods to enhance gratitude and become more resilient! We will engage in some light dance therapy to awaken our bodies and gratitude. We will close with a gratitude meditation.
Join us in a beginners gentle practice of yoga led by a librarian. Yoga benefits the body and mind. Encouraging relaxation, focus, and awareness of self. During our time together we will learn how to use resources that will help you on your health and wellness journey such as Yoga on Kanopy, How to browse Nonfiction Books, Yoga on DVD etc. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for your practice. Please be mindful of your body. All are Welcomed; children must be accompanied by an adult to participate. Namaste.
