Join us as we explore health and mindfulness through basic gentle yoga led by a librarian.
Yoga benefits the body and mind; encouraging relaxation, focus, and awareness of self. During our time together we will learn about resources that will help you on your health and wellness journey. This is one of our "Raising Resilience" related programs for our adult customers. The yoga session will take place on the front lawn of the library if the weather permits. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to sit on while taking part in the session.
