Build and test a lunar lander while learning about the space race and resilience.
Come celebrate the 55th anniversary of the moon landing by building and testing your own lunar lander. After testing your lunar lander, you can make any necessary adjustments to improve your design. Learn about the history of the space race and about the challenges faced by NASA engineers and astronauts while working towards the goal of putting a man on the moon. Discuss what making a lunar lander and the space race can teach us about resilience.
