Are you interested in creating a travel journal to take with you on your summer adventures? Join us at the library as we create travel journals and give you the steps and meditative practices to start your art journey!
Art journaling has the power to help you express your emotions and allow for mistakes and experimentation. Combined with travel and breathing exercises, journaling can provide calm and focus, helping to kickstart the imagination and build resilience.
This program will kickstart creativity and build mindfulness and resilience by introducing patrons to simple breathing exercises to help with grounding and focus BEFORE they begin journaling about their travel adventures, or even the adventures they hope to take!
