Are you the parent or caregiver of a child between the ages of 2 to 5? Would you like to learn more about speech and language developmental milestones for their age? If so, this series is for you!
According to the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, the most intensive period for acquiring speech and language skills is during the first 3 years of life, when the brain is developing and maturing. Although the pace at which each child develops their speech and language skills varies, there is a natural progression for mastering the skills of speech and language.
Join Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Meridith Rose (HomeTele SLP) as she explains communication (hearing, speech, and language) milestones for children ages 2 to 5 years. She will also suggest activities targeting communication skills that can be easily incorporated into daily routines.
