Join us as we explore health and mindfulness through basic gentle yoga led by a librarian.
Join us in a beginners gentle practice of yoga led by a librarian. Yoga benefits the body and mind; encouraging relaxation, focus, and awareness of self. During our time together we will learn about resources you can find at the library that will help you on your health and wellness journey such as how to browse the collection for yoga books, digital resources, etc. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for your practice. The session will take place on the front lawn of the library if the weather permits. (Raising Resilience Inititative)
