Most of us dedicate time to setting goals for our employer each year, but what about giving yourself the same attention? Learn how a structured approach to personal goal-setting can refine your values, cultivate self-love, and foster acceptance.
In this interactive workshop, you'll engage in reflective journaling practices that will help you process your current realities, explore deeply held beliefs and desires, and develop actionable plans to achieve your personal goals. Whether it's your career, home, relationships, health, creative practice, or any other aspect of life, this workshop offers a holistic perspective that embraces all parts of yourself, even the ones you may hide or neglect.
Registration is recommended. Please bring your notebooks, journals, and pens/pencils.
