Join us for a fun and healthy way to exercise by playing indoor sports & games to build resilience to manage your stress. Limited space available.
Our indoor games will promote exercise, social interactions, and problem-solving skills as the participants work collaboratively to accomplish each task. These team games will hopefully expose children to positive physical, mental and emotional behaviors that can change the neurochemistry in our brains which gets their heart rate up and can be beneficial for stress resilience. Please join us at the start of the Spring break for these fun and challenging games! Limited space 36 people max.
