Practice Chen Style Taichi, New Frame, Routine One (83 Form), build physical strength, body balance, and relieve stress.
Taichi movements can simultaneously exercise skeletal muscles, sympathetic nervous system, and parasympathetic nervous system. The enhancement of parasympathetic nervous nervous system output by Taichi practice is a valuable modality of physical exercise for wellness. This is a progressive program. The class starts with practising Basic 4 Patterns. Once the participant can practise the Basic 4 Patterns, 13 Form will be introduced, etc. The ultimate goal of the program is the participant will be able to practice 83 Form independently.
