Practice Chen Style Taichi to build physical strength, improve balance, and relieve stress.
Taichi movements can simultaneously exercise skeletal muscles, sympathetic nervous system, and parasympathetic nervous system. The enhancement of parasympathetic nervous nervous system output by Taichi practice is a valuable modality of physical exercise for wellness. This is a progressive program. The class starts with practicing Basic 4 Patterns. Once the participant can practice the Basic 4 Patterns, 13 Form will be introduced, etc. The ultimate goal of the program is the participant will be able to practice 83 Form independently.
