How do the visually impaired navigate the world? Come hear from nonprofits who serve the visually impaired and find out what resources Gwinnett County Public Library offers these members of our community.
In partnership with Compassion in Action, come learn what life can be like for the visually impaired and what resources they use to navigate the world. Participate in mini service projects for these members of our community such as creating braille bookmarks or making treats for guide dogs. Plus, witness a guide dog in action and complete a simulation to experience life with limited eyesight.
