Suwanee Meeting RoomCreate a working robot using simple craft materials while exploring how motion and movement are created in machines! This interactive program introduces young girls to the foundational ideas in physics and engineering through guided building, testing, and hands-on experimentation.
Led by Girls for STEM founder Alexa Chase, participants will construct a simple robotic hand to explore how pulling, bending, and movement allow machines to simulate human motion. The program emphasizes experimentation, teamwork, and creative problem-solving in an encouraging environment. Each child will leave with a project to take home and develop a deeper interest in STEM.
