Join us for Taichi at the library! This progressive Chen Style class introduces gentle, meditative movements that can build physical strength, improve balance, and reduce stress.
Taichi offers a unique workout for both body and mind, engaging muscles while supporting the nervous system and overall wellness. This progressive program begins with the Basic 4 Patterns, then gradually introduces the 13 Form, with the ultimate goal of helping participants practice the full 83 Form on their own.
