Did you know that many people are eligible for property tax exemptions but don't apply for them? 

Learn everything you don't know but need to know to save money on your property taxes. Representatives from the Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner's office will provide information on property taxes and available exemptions that can save you money.

Learn more about exemptions, including homestead, disabled Veteran, 65+, and disability exemptions, among others. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions relevant to their specific situation.

Denise R. Mitchell, MPA, has served as Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner since the spring of 2022. In 2024, she was overwhelmingly elected by Gwinnett County citizens to continue her work as the Tax Commissioner. She is responsible for the timely, successful billing, collection, and disbursement of over $2.3 billion in revenue serving over 1 million in population. As an agent for the State of Georgia, she is also responsible for registering and titling the highest volume of motor vehicles in the state.
