Thursday, November 19
6:00pm - 7:30pm
Help your holiday season go smoothly. Learn how to properly dispose of fats, oils, and grease while sampling some holiday treats.
During the holiday season, Gwinnett Water Resources is more likely to see an increase in sanitary sewer overflow due to increased FOG consumption. Learn what FOG is, why it is a problem, and how to prevent it so you can have an uninterrupted holiday season.
Learn from a hands-on demonstration of cooking and cleaning how the proper disposal of fats, oils, and grease in our kitchens can help protect our water resources outside.
In partnership with the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources.
