One new year tradition you may not know about is Mari Lwyd (pronounced Marie Loyd), a Welsh tradition where a horse skull is mounted on a stick and carried door to door, challenging families to a poetry battle in Welsh. Join us at the Grayson branch to learn more about Welsh traditions and language, and make your own Mari Lwyd.
