Caretakers and students! Come as a team to learn how to cook new recipes! Each week we will learn and practice a new technique.
In week 1, we will learn knife and produce cleaning skills while preparing salad. In week 2, we will learn about measuring accurately while baking. In week 3, we will get comfortable using a stovetop pan for a pasta sauce from scratch.
While we work together we would love to hear your own stories about cooking. Did a relative try to teach you how to cook when you were younger? Do you have any family recipes that are amazing?
Each reservation is for one set of cooking equipment. If you plan on attending as a small group and sharing equipment, then only one reservation would be required.
