This program is intended to equip the general public with the necessary information to create/maintain a healthy garden where they can grow an array of produce and ornamentals thereby reducing stress that comes with the daily grind. Studies have shown that developing an interest in gardening helps improve mental acumen in individuals of all ages. Gardening can also, to an extent, reduce the dependency on supermarkets to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
