Coping with Anxiety

Helping adolescents cope with anxiety, discovering healthy activities for our emotions, promoting emotional well being and understanding
In this program we will have a short presentation about what anxiety is and how to cope with it in healthy ways. We will then be creating (to the best of our ability) a flower with air-dry clay to slow down the mind and focus the attention outward.
