Why is music so powerful? What happens in our minds when we hear it? How can music help us grow as individuals? Join us as we explore the science of how music affects our minds, mood, and consciousness.
When we hear music, we may experience a variety of things. If we like it, we may unconsciously tap our foot. If we don't like it, we may cringe. Music has a powerful effect on the way we experience life, and much of that has to do with our brains. In this program, we will explore the way our brain and mind process music, what that could mean for our well-being, and try to understand why it matters to us so much.
