Estate planning is an important step to leave your family in good hands, but learning how to do it properly is key.

Atlanta Legal Aid - Gwinnett will share an overview of estate planning (wills, advance directives for healthcare, and financial powers of attorney), heirs' property, and how to apply for assistance with Legal Aid.

Also, learn more about the Library's free digital resources (Law Depot and Gale Legal Forms) to help prepare your own documents.
