Learn about crickets and enjoy a tasty cookie treat
Join us this afternoon to learn all about crickets: their life cycle, how they help in gardens, how they are pests and how they are a great food source. From animal feed to human food, insects can feed the world! You’ll have the chance to see and interact with crickets and even try eating cricket flour cookies! Finish the program by making your own origami cricket and playing a fun game! This program is suggested for children in 4th grade and older and their families.
