Storytelling Through Movement
Saturday, May 24
11:00am - 12:00pm
What do books and ballet have in common? Both tell stories! Join us to learn ballet at your local library.
Books & Ballet is a program intended to increase literacy by using ballet as a vehicle for storytelling. In this program, our youngest library-goers will learn beginner ballet and tell a story through movement. Wear comfortable clothes and socks on your feet (or ballet flats, if you have them)!
This program is led by a library staff member with previous dance experience.
