Children of all ages, or those who are still children at heart, are invited to celebrate a fun Japanese tradition for kodomo no hi, or Children's Day, by making their own unique carp streamer!
Learn about the unique and interesting traditions and decorations used in Japan to celebrate kodomo no hi, or Children's Day! You’ll also be able to try your hand at writing out a fun Japanese kanji character with brush markers. Lastly, everyone will be able to make their own koinobori, or carp streamer, to take home to celebrate the joy of being a kid (even if you’re only a kid at heart)!
