Join us as we explore health and mindfulness through basic gentle yoga led by a librarian.
Yoga benefits the body and mind; encouraging relaxation, focus, and awareness of self. During our time together we will learn about resources that will help you on your health and wellness journey such as yoga via our Kanopy app, how to browse the collection for yoga books, etc. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for your practice.
