Health & Wellness | Putting Grief in Its Place
Wednesday, June 11
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Duluth Branch
Duluth Meeting RoomThis program offers practical and actionable steps to help manage and process feelings of loss.
Understand the nature of grief, recognize its physical effects, and explore ways to adapt your personal responses to maximize healing. Through self-reflection, participants will identify the triggers that amplify grief-related emotions and gain useful strategies to navigate them with greater awareness and resilience.
Registration is recommended. Registration closes at the start of the program.
Led by Joanne Payne, founder of Halo Administrative Services LLC, this interactive session offers a supportive space where participants are encouraged—but never required—to share their own experiences. After unexpectedly losing her husband at just 49 years old, Joanne understands the profound impact of grief. By drawing from the resources that helped her navigate her own healing journey, she hopes to provide others with meaningful tools and guidance to support their own path toward recovery.
