Many caregivers manage dementia or autism care alongside work and other family responsibilities. This workshop provides education, emotional validation, and practical tools to help caregivers feel informed and less isolated. Participants will learn to recognize early signs of burnout, identify sustainable support systems, and gain tools to reduce stress.

Rosalee Henry is the founder of Mothers Helping Hands Atlanta and the heart behind RosaleeCares, a community initiative supporting families and caregivers through education, resources, and compassionate guidance. With over 20 years of experience, she has helped families navigate postpartum recovery, dementia, autism, and everyday caregiving challenges. Her approach is warm, practical, and rooted in real-life experience, including caring for her own loved ones. Rosalee is passionate about helping caregivers feel seen, supported, and not alone. Through her workshops and community work, she provides simple tools, honest conversations, and guidance that help families care for others while also caring for themselves.
