Join us for a relaxing hour of mindfulness and yoga for beginners.
Learn a new breathing exercise each month and participate in an easy yoga flow. This program is geared towards children ages 6 and up and their families. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Extra yoga mats are available on a limited basis, so personal mats (if owned) are encouraged. Space is limited for this event so people will be admitted on a first come, first served basis.
