Join us for Wellness Wednesday where you will learn techniques that will have measurable effects on calming anxiety and relieving stress.
Meditative activities, can “activate areas of the brain that are good for generating a sense of calm, (and contribute to)
improved emotional processing and better decision making.” Through activities like Knitting, Yoga, Bath Bombs, and Brain Games each week we will experience a new activity.
