Practice Chen Style Taichi to build physical strength, improve balance, and relieve stress.
Taichi movements can simultaneously exercise skeletal muscles, the sympathetic nervous system, and the parasympathetic nervous system. Enhancing the parasympathetic nervous system output through Taichi practice is a valuable modality of physical exercise for wellness. This is a progressive program. The class starts with practising Basic 4 Patterns. Once the participant can practise the Basic 4 Patterns, 13 Form will be introduced, etc. The ultimate goal of the program is that the participant will be able to practice 83 Form independently.
