Join us to explore art history and drawing in conjunction with her own life story as an artist with Bilan Liao, the author of the book "Diary of the Dragon's Daughter."
Please join us to learn about an artist’s journey from China to America. A retired professor uses her painting as a path into Chinese history connecting with her life's true story of suffering from the war she once faced.
Her story will promote courage, women's rights, diversity, and inclusion. Her message to the world is that we do not repeat the same mistakes, and this is so relevant today with so many hate crimes against Asians and other people of color.
