Learn sitting and standing yoga to improve balance, increase flexibility, and strengthen joints.
Interested in improving your mobility, balance, and flexibility? Join the Duluth branch staff along with a certified yoga instructor from Umber Yoga to learn a series of gentle aerobic exercises either standing or seated. You will learn different movements that will help decrease pain, improve balance and flexibility, and strengthen joints. Please be sure to wear loose-fitting clothing, bring along a yoga mat, and water bottle.
