A cooking program for children and their accompanying adults. This month learn to make a Mediterranean chickpea salad. It is a vibrant mix of chickpeas, crispy vegetables like cucumbers, bell peppers, olives, and fresh herbs.
Kids can level up their cooking skills with this monthly program. Each session will highlight a different cooking skill or ingredient. This month join us as we learn Mediterranean chickpeas salad. Mediterranean salad is a dish with chickpeas tossed with crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, olives, fresh herbs (like parsley, mint or dill), and feta drizzled in olive oil/lemon vinaigrette.
