Feeling sluggish or down during the colder, darker months is common. Join us for a workshop on seasonal fatigue and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), where we'll explore causes, coping strategies, and practical tips to improve energy and mood through the winter.
Winter often brings shorter days, less sunlight, and a drop in energy or motivation — sometimes known as the "winter blues." For some, these feelings can be more serious, leading to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a type of seasonal depression. In this program, participants will learn how to recognize the signs of seasonal fatigue and SAD, explore natural coping methods like light therapy and exercise, and discover everyday strategies to boost mood and energy during the darker months.
