Registration & Onboarding

Do you love science? Take part in our homeschool science fair, where you can pick your own topic of study, develop an experiment, and share your results with the community! Register by January 12 & join us for onboarding on January 13!

Are you fascinated by science? Is there a subject that holds a special interest for you? Pick a theme and join us as we develop it into a science fair project over the span of two months. Then present it to the public at our library science fair!

In order to participate in our Homeschool Science Fair series, registrations are required and spaces are limited. Students have to register a project topic. This is a multi-week scientific exploration commitment that culminates in April with the Homeschool Science Fair judged event where students will present their findings and are scored/ranked using an established rubric scale. 

This is for homeschool children in grade contents equivalent with K-5 Georgia standards (approximately ages 6-11). The last day to register a project topic is January 12th with an onboarding meeting occurring January 13th. If spacing allows, waitlisted students will be onboarding on January 20th. Parents/students unable to attend the 12th may attend the January 20th meeting.

Fill out the provided Homeschool Registration Form which provides additional information. This Google form MUST be completed in order for your child to participate in the Homeschool Science Fair. The form will be closed after we have received 20 confirmed registrations due to spacing limitations in the building.
