In this experiment, participants will learn the chemical reaction between acid and calcium carbonate. Carbon dioxide, in the form of bubbles, is formed when the acid of the vinegar reacts with the calcium carbonate of the eggshell.

Participants will also learn the effects of acidic foods on bone health.
