Join GCPL and UGA Extension to learn more about Native American plants.
Take a walk through Vines Park (3500 Oak Grove Road, Loganville 30052) with UGA Extension Office's Master Gardeners to learn about plants the Cherokee and other Native Americans used for food, medicine, and everyday uses.
What is UGA Extension?
We translate science of everyday living for farmers, families and communities to foster a healthy and prosperous Georgia. We are a collaborative between Georgia county governments, the USDA, and the University of Georgia's colleges of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences and Family & Consumer Sciences.
