Counting Storytime!
Saturday, June 20
3:00pm - 4:00pm
Join Ms. Becca for a dino digits storytime all about counting, numbers, and dinosaurs so your little one can strengthen their earliest math skills. Featuring fun counting songs, books, and early math activities, this storytime will make you dino-roar with excitement!
Math is a building block of learning for early learners! Practicing emerging math literacy skills with children through intentional play not only helps early learners understand more complicated math concepts later on, but also develops children’s critical thinking skills that are vital for learning all subjects.
Storytimes are an excellent way for children to practice the literacy and social skills they will need in order to be ready for Kindergarten. Library visits add structured fun to your routine and give your child the opportunity to bond with you while practicing early literacy skills in an enriching environment!
