Like gaming? Want to learn how to make your own cool texture effects? Come learn how to shader code!
Learn how to create water-like effects in Unity by understanding vector math and manipulating it to give a desired effect. This program will demonstrate how to make water effects, which includes simulating flow and waves, and adding a see-through effect. All code will be written in C# as it's building upon Unity's standard surface shader template. We'll start with a 3D object; it can be anything you'd want. Apply a material to it that'll allow for adding a shader, then slowly modify the program to see different stages of the shader when building up to a water shader.
