Come and learn about how oil spills can affect marine life and try your hand at cleaning up a pretend ocean spill experiment.
Ocean life is beautiful, but oil spills can pose a threat to these awesome ecosystems! Come and learn about oil spills and their effects on the ecosystem, or read a picture book on the subject. Try two hands-on experiments which help to explain why oil spills are so damaging to the environment and why they are so difficult to clean up. This program is for kids ages 8-14. Registration is required.
